We the just
As the children of man are playing with matches in a barn full of dry hay,
we the intellectuals must take a stance.
Against neo-barbarism, dehumanisation, violence, religious extremism and state fundamentalism,
against apartheid, against racism, against bigotry,
we must take a stance.
I know that many of you are busy with your everyday life, turning wheels and walking the walk,
but we can no longer let the actual children play with the matches anymore.
Politics is not complicated, and nothing is impossible if even “we the just”,
the straight in position, the deep in understanding,
the poets, the philosophers, the ones elevated into awareness,
the ones who can feel the via dolorosa of the human race,
the ones who can see the cataclysm on the horizon,
the ones who still have faith in the uncreated light,
we the just, we the many must rise together to steer the wheel of this crazy car and press the brakes.
The abyss is in view, and we are in full motion towards it.
It’s not only the loss of human life, the loss of biodiversity, the loss of the colors of life,
the blue of the planet turning into gray,
but also the multiplication of sufferings.
Yet the most dangerous is dehumanisation and final annihilation that could await us in a few decades or so.
We have a duty to rise and say stop to this;
we have a duty to have a plan;
we have a duty to rethink the fabric of our society and see where we want to go.
I’m here, open. Whoever reads this message, feel free to comment or DM me.
I still believe there are smart humans with big hearts, dreamers of a better world out there.
We don’t live in a democracy; the few are profiteering over the many, and the many have no choice or power to steer the direction of the government.
We don’t live in a dictatorship as there is no clear dictator and people are not against a clear oppressor.
We live in feudalism, where a few have all the rights against the many, and the many live under the illusion they are free because they have the right to choose who is going to oppress them every 4 years.
Democracy and common good are synonyms; that’s why we live in a capitalistic society—actually a feudal money-supremacy-driven society—otherwise we should live in a democratic social-driven-supremacy society.
This is not communism over capitalism, but the society where the interest of the many will prevail over the interest of the few, on the equality principle and fraternity principle.
Freedom cannot exist in a society where the citizen is slave to his economic deeds, where the result of his work is stolen by those who have the property of the enterprise.
Freedom is the result of economic independence and intellectual independence too; a well-read citizen is a free citizen.
But a free citizen is a threat to the feudal society; the ones that have the privileges are afraid of people who can articulate their thoughts, that’s why they encourage ignorance and brain-rot mindless scrolling.
In order to be free and democratic we must not only change the way our society manages power structures but also remove the harmful propaganda and indoctrination and encourage free thinking, nothing is non-debatable, nothing is too sacred to get rid of.
Radical transparence and respect of opinions, any opinion, new rules of participation from the masses, removal of old privileges linked to great wealth possessions, limits on wealth accumulation and participative models of property for companies, reform of legislation and reform of international relations, reform of types of communities, defense of authentic cultural roots, no frontiers world, regionalisation of civic power, super coordination of communities across the world, no human left behind, resolution of international violence.
We must change radically the way our world is built if we want to have a future, otherwise another cycle of radical destruction will bring more of the same inept systems that built the destruction.
