F A D I love always has an I
F
Like on tough but taff
A
Like in Arrow because the arrow knows only to go further, never back
D
This is Deus, Domini, Mare Domini who will not let his children die
I
For I love always has an I
I like I never cry
But I cry
I cried so many times
Because in the darkest pit of the devil I see humanity triumph over darkness,
A little boy standing up on his prosthetic legs,
A little girl eating bare rice like it was a delicacy,
Children dancing among ruins,
Men running with the hope in their hands,
Poetry made from torn steel,
Hero dogs and cats,
I see humans being human in face of barbarity,
Saying I love is the most crushing word one can say to the devil,
I love you
You are not my enemy,
I pray for you,
God have mercy on you for you were devil,
You hurt me,
But I love you,
Because through the hole you made on my soul,
I can peer to see the stars,
And the incommensurable,
Beauty of being human,
A smile in hell,
Is enough,
Smile to the Devil,
He can’t smile back,
Play a song to his ears because he cannot bear to hear,
Show him a dance because he does not know how to dance,
Give him some food because he cannot taste it,
Devil is a poor dude, living in despair and torment,
From heaven,
Send him a drop of water,
So he will know how it is to be thirsty,
Cry for beauty,
Cry for love,
For a feather in the wind is more powerful than all their bombs,
A flower in the ruins is brighter than their sun,
Children playing amongst desolation bring more joy to the world than all their prayers,
Joy, joy, joy,
For what is good will never end,
And when the bombs go quiet,
People will remember the meek not the powerful,
People will cry
People will cry,
For the beauty these angels brought to us,
Don’t cry
F A D I
will live forever in the heart of the world,
Bombs nor time will ever erase your name.
Perpetuo in corde mundi vivet.
